We believe in eating plans and that once you have a plan in place, then you can adapt it daily to consider your needs, acknowledge your bad food triggers, and have no guilt in celebrating an occasion with the aid of food.
We believe in health knowledge, we love our hearts, and blood pressures and we have learnt to keep an eye on things without being restrictive, or turning your plan into a military precise schedule.

It is not the next diet club, nor is it the latest fad, it is a way to help you eat properly in accordance with your schedule through simple education and ?finding out what is right for you.
